  • As with our branding and website work, we'll start with one-on-one planning to get to the heart of what makes you and your business unique and how to appeal to your ideal clients.

    This includes a storyboarding process, so that you are involved in the content of the video as well as providing a strong flow to the video that encourages your clients to take action.

    We go into more detail about the process below, but at the end of our shooting and editing, depending on your project, you'll receive a beautifully styled and balanced video, optimised for social media or your desired platform.

    It is accessible and downloadable 24-7 indefinitely via a secure online folder.

    All our videos come with a premium soundtrack that matches the mood and aesthetic of your brand, designed to capture the attention of your clients.

    Further features and details are available, depending on your needs, such as short clips for social media posts and stories.

  • We have produced video for wildly successful paid adverts on Facebook as well as regular Reels for our own account on Instagram.

    We completed a successful project recently for a waste management company that included dramatic drone footage and also helped contextualise the business.

    In this project, we provided art direction so that the video had a beautiful, coherent overall aesthetic.

  • We can do a great deal with video, but unfortunately it is not possible to take an existing one and rework it.

    Differences in video equipment, shooting style and the light on the day all mean that it is better to reshoot and create fresh content.

  • We love design so use cutting-edge professional tools that are constantly up to date.

    For video we primarily edit footage using Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro as well as After Effects for animations.

    These tools allow us to express our creativity fully, as well as make the experience interactive and pleasurable for you.

    As with all our projects, we start by going deep with you to understand you and your business on a fundamental level.

    Our focus on strategy and an intimate shared understanding of your business allows us to craft a video that connects on a powerful emotional level with your clients, rather than talking about superficial details.

    Within the planning phase, we incorporate a storyboarding process that focussed on the emotional journey of the viewer, allowing you to be involved and guiding your clients on a specific path to take action.

    Depending on your project and location, we might organise a recce visit beforehand to scope things out, otherwise the shooting and editing comes next.

    We continue to involve you, so you get two opportunities for small refinements or tweaks, so you'll see how things are unfolding before the big reveal.

  • We'll set up a short discovery call to find out more about your project and how we can help.

    If we both feel that there's synergy and rapport, we'll either produce an official estimate or some recommendations for you to consider.

    We can refine this further with you or if you want to go ahead, we ask for a deposit to book your slot in our calendar.

    The next step after is very important in the process - we arrange a short onboarding session to help you get familiar with the systems we use to organise the project and content and make sure you know what to expect next.

    We get a steady stream of enquiries and are often booked ahead, so do check our availability, and ideally reserve your slot to avoid disappointment!

  • The length of a brand video project depends on what you want and what you commission specifically.

    If you want custom animations, the extra art direction and logistics will add on time (but create amazing results!).

    Roughly speaking, a small brand video project can take around two to three weeks.

    Equally, you might decide that more groundwork and research is required, so if you need to clarify your branding through an initial brand strategy, that will have a knock-on effect (although, again, the clarity and confidence you gain cannot be underestimated!).

    The best thing to do is to get in touch and have an initial discovery call with us so we can help you get clearer.

  • The way to get the best value out of your video is to consider what you can do with each block of one day’s footage.

    Roughly speaking, for every day of shooting, there will be a day of editing.

    A day’s shooting is from around £670 (excluding travel and any other costs).

    A day’s editing is a similar amount, so overall from about £1,400.

    However, depending on your brief, you then have a whole day’s worth of footage to work with.

    You could use this to commission a whole set of short form clips (known as rushes) for social media.

    You could use rushes for your website as moving background banners.

    You could commission a longer-form video as a promo that you send to clients or use as an explainer for your services or how you work.
