To begin with there's some onboarding, so sorting out paperwork, getting you set up, plus an initial questionnaire.

We spend a chunk of time on planning and strategy, as this allows us to understand your business intimately, and deliver better designs.

The planning then feeds into design concepts, including a sitemap and customer journey, which we share with you.

You'll then get time with our copywriter to help collate and hone your written content, plus we'll fit in any photography, video or other assets at this point

We then spend time building out the design and aesthetic of your site, including lots of custom coding so that it is truly unique and stands out.

You'll get a further chance to feed in any final tweaks or refinements, and then we sit down for a hands-on, one-to-one training and handover session so that you feel confident as you take over the site.

How long does it take?

Again, the length of a project depends on what you want and what you commission specifically.

If you want custom designs for follow-on marketing campaigns or branded photography and illustration, for example, the extra art direction and logistics will add on time (but create amazing results!).

Roughly speaking, a smaller website design project can take from around six to eight weeks.

Equally, you might decide that more groundwork and research is required, so if you need to clarify your branding through an initial brand strategy, that will have a knock-on effect (although, again, the clarity and confidence you gain cannot be underestimated!).

We'll work with you so that you understand how SEO can help you and how to deploy it effectively, as well as set realistic and sustainable goals.

SEO is a campaign-based activity, so you'll need to commit to a minimum three-month campaign in order to get the most out of it.
