Capture your legal event in a unique way & avoid being boring & predictable
Maximise your legal event publicity with a fun, interesting video
Introduction
At Wildings Studio, a brand video studio in South Devon, we produce brand videos for London barrister’s chambers, helping them stand out as legal brands in the legal space.
This was a showcase video for the first conference for 'Lawyers in Local Government, Homelessness, Housing & Allocations', hosted by 4-5 Gray's Inn Square in Holborn, London on 10 June 2019.
4-5 Gray's Inn Square is a leading barrister’s chambers in London and we worked with Vicky Thompson (the former CEO), whose brief was:
We are doing a conference and I thought a video snippet would be a good way to capture our conference without producing the usual boring podcasts, webinars etc. that all others in legal do! The intention being that we can put it on our website and circulate it on social media. You could intersperse it with some shots of Chambers, the Inn; again I will be guided by you on that.

Production notes
From Rachael
This was the first ever conference on homelessness, housing and allocation, so I wanted to get across a really attractive atmosphere and aesthetic
As it was to be shared on social media, I edited it down to just over a minute to ensure a pleasant viewing experience, keeping things moving and with lots of interest
I used a brand video style, so focussed on all the interesting, beautiful elements of the day which made it a great conference to be at (encouraging viewers to come next time!)
The chambers provided a lovely backdrop, from which I chose elements to get across the context and the experience of the day as a whole
A sympathetic soundtrack to go with the footage definitely set it apart and is not what you would normally expect from marketing in the legal space
What they said
We worked with Vicky Thompson, the former CEO at 4-5 (now at Gilbert Stephens Solicitors in Devon) who was full of praise:
